Verizon to give customers $20 credit after thousands lost data in network outage Wednesday
In a statement posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, Verizon said that it will "provide account credits" to customers who were affected. Verizon stated Wednesday morning that it will give customers a $20 credit that can be redeemed through the myVerizon app. Customers will receive a text when the credits are available, Verizon said in its post.
