E&S premiums rise 13% in first half of 2025: WSIA
Excess and surplus lines (E&S) premiums jumped 13.2% in the first half of 2025, with $46.2 billion across 3.7 million placements, according to a new report from the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) that draws upon data from the nation's 15 surplus lines stamping and service offices.
