SEC Update is a weekly report that summarizes the various rulings, enforcement charges and settlements, delisting and revocation of registration of stocks and securities made by the Securities and Exchange Commission. While this information is released by the SEC daily, only the large settlements are picked up by the major news outlets. This report fills in the gaps of reporting.
